Your involvement with Destiny® Financial Solutions may include some of the following services:-

• An ongoing and complimentary invitation to Property Focus Groups held at your local Destiny® Financial Solutions branch. At these events, topics such as property “hot spots” and areas to avoid, assessment of property managers, risk management for landlords and searching for property through the internet are discussed (amongst many others, as requested by clients).
• A personalised Solutions Analysis Report, which provides you with a blueprint for your property acquisition strategy over the next seven to 15 years.
• One-on-one mentoring and advice, as required, to ensure you achieve your milestones as indicated in your Solutions Analysis Report.
• A single user license for and training on how to operate the DestinyTrack® Financial Management System, which is designed to assist property investors with analysing property cash flows, tax reporting, debt reduction and household financial management. (Note: This is a Windows based application which requires Windows Xp SP2 or later. There are no Macintosh or Linux versions available.)
• Access to the exclusive 'Clients Only' section of the secure area of the Destiny® web site, allowing you to share property research information and liaise with other clients via the forum.
• Establishment of a finance structure, which is most effective for an ongoing program of property acquisitions. This includes securing the most competitive mortgage rates and conditions for you.
• Annual Property Performance Reviews to keep you on the right track and ultimately achieve prosperity.
• Assessment of investment properties you source to ensure each property matches your acquisition plan and that all questions have been asked.
