Destiny® Financial Solutions Crows Nest is located in the heart of Sydney's vibrant lower North Shore area. Within easy reach of the city and Northern Beaches, the branch is managed by Jim Leone and Sylvia Aitken.

Jim and Sylvia have been Destiny® Financial Solutions Clients since 2003 and are firm believers in the systems and tools that Destiny® Financial Solutions provides. In fact, they are both living testimonies to Destiny® Financial Solutions and now own their own home and have a growing property portfolio. They both believe that, with the right advice and support, everyone can become successful property investors and create a comfortable future lifestyle.

With Diplomas in Financial Services, both Jim and Sylvia are qualified financial advisers. They also both have Diplomas in Mortgage Lending and Certificates in Investment Property Advising.

Jim is a QPIA qualified property investment adviser and was awarded 2008 Property Coach/Mentor and Financial Adviser of the year in Your Investment Property magazines national readers choice awards. In 2008, Destiny Crows Nest were named Champion for Professional Services at the NSW & ACT Small Business Champion Awards.

Jim has a background in tax/accounting, marketing and the music industry, while Sylvia's background is in engineering and marketing.

Outside of work Jim enjoys playing music (he played full time for five years) while Sylvia likes to keep fit and is studying natural therapies (she is a qualified kinesiologist and currently completing a Diploma of Nutrition). They also both enjoy spending time with family and friends.
