Destiny® Financial Solutions Bayside

Destiny® Financial Solutions Bayside is located in the bayside region of Melbourne. The office is operated by Louise Lucas and her team. Louise and her team work in all areas of the business to provide you with a seamless service.

Louise Lucas has spent many years developing her property portfolio with her husband using Margaret’s methods (as described in her books) and Reuben’s software and is living testament to the fact that the Destiny® Financial Solutions property investment system works. However, after years of people asking how do you do it and giving away countless numbers of Margaret’s books (from which most people did not act on the information) she decided it was time to become a franchisee and earn a living from doing what she loves doing, which is talking and teaching about successful property investing. Louise has a Masters of Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Education, a Bachelor of Arts, a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking), a Certificate in Investment Property Advising and is also a qualified nurse.

Jean Jones is a Finance Consultant and has many years finance experience as a personal banker with NAB and has one investment property. She is keen to invest further and loves the client contact and teaching aspects of her role at Destiny® Financial Solutions which she is keen to expand. Her loan experience is enormous and she can assist you with any queries in this area.

Karen is a Finance Consultant with extensive experience in financial services, previously working as a Business Consolidation Manager of Financial Services with Aviva and prior to that as a Planning Analyst at HLB Mann Judd Financial Services. She has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Marketing), Diploma of Financial Advising and PS 146 compliant. Recently married she is keen to expand her property portfolio and loves having customer contact. She is a qualified agents representative with The Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) but prefers to assist others learning and buying real estate than selling it herself.

Outside of work Louise enjoys spending time with her husband and school age children. Louise loves singing (and sang at the Opera House in the 'Big Sing').
