Destiny® Financial Solutions - Client Results
“In 2008 a friend, who owned some investment properties, recommended Margaret Lomas’ books to read. I'd always been interested in the idea, but I didn't know that it could be done without having lots of money to pay out each week. "Positive cash flow" was a revelatory idea! “Sarah and I bought our first investment property (penthouse apartment in Mooloolaba) in April 2002. This was an on spec type purchase, negatively geared and holiday rented.
